Ingredients
- Two whole bananas
- 1 cup of blueberries
- One avocado
- 1 cup of spinach
- One half of pineapple
- 2 oranges
- Watermelon plate full of chunks
Instructions
- Peel bananas.
- Scoop out the inside of the avocado.
- Core and chop the pineapple.
- Peel and section the oranges.
- Slice or chop the watermelon.
- Blend with ice or freeze the fruit instead of using ice.
