- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- 1/4 cup lemon juice.
- 1/2 tablespoon basil (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
- Optional: dash of salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add everything to a clean jar, screw on the lid, and shake like crazy until mixed well.
