KIAN’S DETOX SALAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 2 cups Cauliflower
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 1/2 cups Parsley, fresh
  • 1/3 cup Raisins, organic
  • 1 cup Red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables and herbs and combine them in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle the honey and sprinkle the salt over the ingredients.  Add raisins.
  3. Toss well.
