Ingredients
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 cup Carrots
- 2 cups Cauliflower
- 2 Celery stalks
- 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
- 1 1/2 cups Parsley, fresh
- 1/3 cup Raisins, organic
- 1 cup Red cabbage
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
Instructions
- Chop all the vegetables and herbs and combine them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the honey and sprinkle the salt over the ingredients. Add raisins.
- Toss well.
