Prep Time: 5 to 8 minutes
- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango sliced
- 1 cup orange cubed (about 1/2 large orange)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp coconut essence (optional) can use vanilla extract
- A pinch of Celtic sea salt
- Peel and chop mango or use frozen slices.
- Peel and cube orange.
- Throw everything in the blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
