WHY I DRINK ALOE VERA JUICE

I am going to be honest, it’s not the taste! I am one of those people who will try almost anything, if it is good for you and will keep you young. After children, my digestive system was no longer the same. I was unable to poop every day! In fact, if I was going three times a week, I was lucky. We are supposed to go after every time we eat. I hate laxatives and I found this 98% Aloe Vera juice in the laxative aisle at CVS. Since then, it’s become one of my best friends. I drink a glass every day.

Aloe Vera is one of my favorite beauty secrets and the best makeup remover I have ever used. It helps remove dead skin. It does wonders for your hair, health and your skin. It’s full of antioxidants, which internally helps boost the immune system, the detoxification process for your body, and your overall digestive health. It helps with constipation and assists in preventing colon cancer.  It’s fully packed with B-12, B, C and E vitamins, and folic acid.

HAIR GROWTH TIPS

I know, I know, Sistas.  Here I go back to aloe vera juice, but it has so many benefits. I’m not talking about the aloe vera juice with sugar added and the cute pulp in it. I’m talking about 98% aloe vera and above, which can be found in the laxative aisle of most stores like Walmart or CVS. Once you get over the taste, you will love what it does for your body inside and out. Drinking a cup of aloe vera juice a day boosts hair growth and it aids follicles to retain moisture.

Aloe gel applied to the scalp removes dead skin cells and clears excess sebum which can contribute to hair loss and poor hair health. It prevents itching on the scalp and reduces dandruff.

Combined internal and external aloe vera hair support is amazing.

Cherry, almonds and rosemary also have great benefits for your hair.

Eating cherries gives you all the vitamins that promote hair growth.

Did you know massaging rosemary oil into your scalp also promotes hair growth? Leave on at least a half hour before you rinse out if you don’t want to leave it in.

Did you know almonds stimulate hair growth? This is why one of my favorite oils is our Cherry RoseMary oil, which can be found on www.TeamCherie.com
